Trim Techniques are agents for the Ultraseal Tyre Protection System
Ultraseal is a pre-emptive tyre treatment which is applied through the tyre valve, using a specially calibrated pump. This leaves a viscous liquid dispersed within the inner casing of the tyre. When a puncture occurs, the centrifugal force of the rotating tyre forces the Ultraseal into the hole to create a permanent seal.
This system has been tested and proved on roads at up to 150 mph. It gives the tyre a 2 - 3 mm liquid inner tube which will remain fluid for the legal life of the tyre. Synthetic rubber fibres act to fill holes rapidly when needed, filling porosity leaks and controlling most blowouts.
